Suspected Working for The KGB

I lived in the Toronto area from 1982 to 1998 and listened to CFNY for most of the 80's and 90's. There was a song in either the late eighties or early nineties which I taped and on the tape I named it Suspected Working for The KGB by Martin King.
Does anyone remember this song or at least know the correct title or artist. It's been driving me nuts for years.
