Drastic Measures/The Goverment

Have been looking in vain for the first Drastic Measures lp (with Hotsy Totsy, Flowers, Teddy Bears' Picnic, etc.) or any Government lp's/singles. Does anyone know if and where these might be found?

EBay vendor "recped" sells the occasional Government lp/single. I've seen the first 7" with Flat Tire & Zippers of Fire for sale a couple of times. I think the Drastic Measures stuff is available on CD, and should be an easy find, again on eBay.
