Great Ontario Talent CDs?

Recently, I came across a great 48-track double CD & booklet from '91 called Last Call: Vancouver Independent Music 1977-1988.

I've also found two other similar used Cd's in my travels*:
A Canadian alternative (songs all from '84-'86)
Indie-Can '88 (promotional purposes only)
* both had sequels into the early '90s

1) So I am wondering what other predominently spirit era - keep your pillows & prayers, see other threads for post-88 wannabe arguments ;) - products (besides Rebel Zone - Queen St.) might exist that also feature Cdn/Ontario independent music of the day?

2) Who would currently own/have the Great Ontario Talent Search submissions for creating a limited edition Cd set?
