I just need Artist and Title and if anyone would like to share their Mp3's if they so have them..

1st one..came out circa summer of 1980..
I think it's called "stricken by the fury"
- i'm positive that's what he's singing in the main chorus it had phrases like "you and me happy in love" Believed to be canadian artist. Had a neat little repetitive beat box beat and a catchy keyboard line. Who Does This ONE???

the other, an upbeat ragtime time sounding song that was played on AM radio in late '76 early '77
had the lines
"you look good, baby, I don't care
You look so good, whatever you wear"

Female vocalist, beleived to be british
WHO DOES THIS ONE???

An answer to my first question. The Artist was Michael Bouyea - "Stricken By The Fury"

I believe he might have been a DJ for CHUM 1050 back in the 70's. I Might be wrong but there was in fact a dj working for chum of the same name.

I could send it to you but the file is around 5mb.
If you want the song you'll need broadband. Or do a search on winmx, i'll upload it ususlally on weekends.

Michael Bouyea was better known to CHUM listeners as Mike Holland....who recorded a solo album on Bomb Records in 1980 featuring a moderate hit called "Do She Want Love".

Soon to be re-released on my label.

"You Look Good" song was actually recorded in 1976 by Joani Taylor, a Canadian Jazz singer from Vancouver, and was, I believe, used in a radio commercial for the 1976 Buick Regal.

I have an mp3 of the recording that I'm happy to share.
