I did a search for this song in this forum, but somehow there's been no discussion about it(!).

I just heard this song on Flashback Alternatives, and I had totally forgotten all about it. It was great.

I tried all the usual routes to try to purchase it or download it, but to no avail (even the artist's own website). It's really disappeared. Even on YouTube there's no video for it.

Anyone have an mp3 of it? I would be most grateful!!!

Hey David,

No problem...you're quite welcome.

As you can see from my post re: the Modern Music 1990 CD, has been an ongoing hard one to track down.

Another tough one, the radio remix of Meryn Cadell's "Barbie" was just found. (It's the version that CFNY played, not the album version.) Maybe I should put that up for people.

"The original version of MIRACLE (Miracle of Love) is now out of print but repeated requests from frustrated fans inspired Russell to re-record the song for his next album, "2012". This version is a totally fresh arrangement with no synths in evidence, just real drums (played by Mike Bessette, Russell's punk cohort from their band, The Strokes -- no not that band, this band was first!), and tenor sax played by Russell."
