If someone can find out if she is working anywhere I can try and get ahold of her there and find out what plans she has now. I used to talk to her a lot when she was at CFNY but I don't know how to get ahold of her now.

The TWN isn't listing Visnja even as an on-call personality so it doesn't help to get ahold of her. Even if it did it doesn't tell you how to get in touch with on-call people. If I can think of a reason for being out in Etobicoke on the weekend than I would go and talk to her there but that just doesn't seem right. Anyone know of any other place to find her?

I'll see if my friend knows her last name. However I have to find the most tactful way of asking her. I dont want her to get the impression that anyone is trying to stalk her which I KNOW is not the case, however, others could start brewing up questions. A

I don't think that Visnja's Husband would appreciate anyone stalking her.

Further more she does have a agent to represent her (the sameone as Maie Pauts)

You know what, I totally agree with the previous poster. In fact I have been thinking about this after I had written my latest post. I am not going to ask my friend anymore questions about her because firstly she is going to think that *I* am the one stalking her and thats the LAST thing that I want her to think and secondly, I honestly dont think that Visnja would appreciate being found. Not to lecture but put yourself in her shoes. What if you were a charasmatic radio personality who used to talk to one particular person often and shortly after leaving the station you had worked for, that person who you spoke with often went out of his/her way to find you. What if he/she had gotten a hold of your phone number and all of a sudden called you at home 2 months after you had left, or found out that you had started hanging out in a certain area and all of a sudden, he/she is right there in front of your face. Wouldnt you feel terribly creeped out? I can say that if it were me, I would be scared ****. Like I said, I'm not trying to lecture or anything and I understand that you miss her, thats fine. I KNOW you wouldnt intentionally try to stalk her however, others wouldnt see it that way. Unfortunately you'll just have to let it go. And WOW, I had no idea that she is married! My friend never mentioned anything to me in the past about her having a husband but I'm sure he would NOT appreciate anyone trying to find his wife, to put it mildly. All I can say if someone had been stalking me and my husband had found that stalker, he/she wouldn't last for another second!! You'll just have to let go! A

I worked with Visjna for a few years, and she has to be the nicest co-workers that I have ever had the pleasure of working with, right across the entire radio industry. She is talented, honest, and an all-around good person. Radio suffers for not having her on the airwaves somehere. If someone ever runs into her, please let her know that she is missed by someone who was there when she first spoke on the radio.

P.S. Please don't stalk her, get a life, read a book, get a hobby, or stalk Streak instead, he likes it.

I also had the pleasure of working with Visnja a few years ago. She is definitely one of the nicest people in the business. She treated EVERYONE with respected, and she always had a way of making you smile. She was "real" something that is rare in the music business....the business needs more people like her in it.

I agree, however unfortunately it just doesnt seem to work out that way. I believe that its rare to find someone as nice as her in that kind of business. I only met her once and that was back in 93, however like I was saying in one of my other posts from earlier today, my friend who knows her from the church she belongs to, never said anything negative about her. Trust me, my friend is VERY opinionated. One little insignificant thing about anyone would put her off and she'll go on and on about it lol. So anyway if my friend never said anything negative about Visnja then again, she must really be one of a kind. She mostly says bad things about the people at her church lol, thats one of the reasons I dont talk to her often, I can only listen to so much haha. Visnja must also be so likable too that someone around here wanted to stalk her lol. Not a good idea :o) A

Oh boy :o) I dont think Visjna is in radio anymore. I dont even know if she is still on TWN. From what I had heard last, she was sometimes on TWN. Sorry! A

I think she's doing voice commericals....I've heard her voice on a few.....good for her!!! Do you think she's pop up on radio or television one day soon????? Does anyone know?????
