David may still live in Kitchener. You could try emailing CKMS-FM to see if they have any contact info for him, as he was PD/DJ there from time to time.

The person I contacted at that radio station doesn't remember the name, so I guess it's been a while since D.H. was there.
New rumour: Hight has an internet radio show now. Has anyone heard of that? My keywords aren't finding anything, I'm not sure how to search for it.

If you google his name + Kitchener + artwalk, it will take you to a page for an art installation at 97 Simeon that lists a possible working email address for him.
