Please teach me about SCARY THIEVES

Hei everyone !
My name is Rifumi,I'm Japanese and living in
Japan,35 years old.
I love 80'S new wave very much.
I knew about SCARY THIEVES from compilation CD
Hardest Hits vol 1&2.
The names of the songs are TELL ME GIRL and THE WAITING GAME.
I felt that both songs were pretty good, so I
bought 12"single named DYING IN VAIN, and that was
also nice one.
I've been wanting to know who SCARY THIEVES are and what songs they made.
Isn't there any albums?
If it exist,I want to get it.
I want to know about their biography.
Please teach me !!!
My favorite artists are MEN WITHOUT HATS,SECESSION
,SHANNON,BREAK MACHINE,LIME etc.

As far as I know Scary Thieves only ever released the three singles you mentioned in 7" and 12" formats. Music Master Albums catalogue did list one album for the group but I believe it was pulled and never saw the light of day. The b-sides to Tell Me Girl and Dying In Vain are also very good (Only Fascination and Behind The Lines.) Too bad they didn't put out more material since the three singles were all excellent. Sorry, I have no other specifics on the band.

Scary Thieves Tell Me Girl (remix) b/w Tell Me Girl/Only Fascination 12" Parlaphone/EMI UK 1984, catalogue #12R6085.

Scary Thieves Dying In Vain (Extended) b/w Dying In Vein (Remix)/Behind the Lines 12" Parlaphone/EMI UK 1985 Catalogue #12R6090.

Both are pretty hard to find, but I'll trade you my copies for a 4.56 8" Toyota rear differential/third member with an Toyota Electric Locker and a 8" reverse rotation open 4.56 front third member!

Can someone tell me why the Scary thieves Cd was only released in such a limited edition, it's obvious these thousands of people out there that want the material, Dying in Vain and The waiting game are two of the best singles from the eighties, they deserve to be released on cd, from a 37 year old bald New romantic.
