Anybody growing up with CanCon in the '70s will recognize his biggest hit \"What the Hell I Got\", but I was surprised to discover that some of his other tunes were bouncing around the old memory bank; \"Some Sing, Some Dance\", \"Lovin'You Aint Easy\", and \"Rain Showers\" were all songs I recognized from way back. I didn't know the french stuff, but his talent as a songwriter is evident.
It took me a long time to find a disc. I searched the big 3 on Yonge st., Sams in Halifax, Amazon.ca, HMV.com and Towerrecords.com. I finally found a copy of Hit Parade in the Francophone section at HMV on Burrard St. in Vancouver.
