I started working at CHIC in 1977 in the Radio Advertising Department. It was the original "WKRP" and we even had the guy in the plaid suit and man I mean plaid. Harry Allen kept hiring and firing us everyday on instructions from brother Leslie. I still have a really cool framed poster of Charlie Chaplin that Harry gave me./ Anyway, started writing spots for a while because I think Harry fired us again then they wanted to start doing traffic reports....After a few years when we moved to Kennedy Road and both CHIC/CKMW/CFNY were in the same building I would run down the hall from one station to the next to give my traffic reports. I've never seen so many girls in bikini's at 5:00 in the morning waiting to bring Pete and Geets coffee and donuts. I still have one of my original t-shirts which I've had offers of $200.00 for........mmmmmmmmmnnnnnnn maybe I'll auction it off at the party.

After CFNY I did voice overs and became a Talent Agent for Film and Television for many years.

I currently am a Show Host at TSC/The Shopping Channel and get this...it's the same building that CFNY was suppose to move into originally seven or eight years ago on Ambassador Drive and Hwy 10 in Mississauga.
